Delete your CalendarBook account.
CalendarBook is made by Crawlink. Here is how to delete your account, what goes with it, and how long it takes.
How to ask
- Email support@crawlink.com from the email address you sign in to CalendarBook with, with the subject Delete my CalendarBook account. In the app, Settings → Profile → Delete my account opens the same email for you.
- We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days of that reply.
Owners can also close an organization themselves at any time, from Settings → Backup & danger zone. That schedules the organization and everything in it for permanent deletion after 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: your Google account id, name, email address and profile picture.
- Your membership of every organization, and any invitations you sent that are still open.
- Every Google Calendar connection you made. The token is revoked at Google and deleted here, along with the busy times read through it.
- If you are the only owner of an organization, the organization itself — its calendars, services, customers and bookings — is closed and permanently deleted 30 days later.
What is kept
Organizations you belong to but do not solely own carry on without you; bookings you made in them stay part of that organization's records, which belong to it. Payment records for a paid plan are kept only for as long as tax law requires. Nothing else is kept.
