Plans & billing
What each plan includes, the trial, what happens at a limit, and upgrading.
Every plan includes the booking page, the board, Google Calendar sync, customers, holidays and leave, backup and the API. The plans differ in how much they hold. Prices are for a year, in rupees.

The 14-day trial
A new organization starts with 14 days of the paid features. A Trial badge shows in the rail and "Trial · N days left" on the Plan page. When it ends, the organization moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
What happens at a limit
- Calendars — linking one more is refused: "Your plan allows N calendars. Upgrade to add more." Calendars already linked keep working.
- Team members — inviting one more is refused: "Your plan allows N members, and they are all in use."
- Everything you already have stays readable, and bookings can still be cancelled or moved.
Settings → Plan shows your usage — calendars, users and bookings this month — turning amber from 80% and red at the limit.
Upgrading
The Owner opens Settings → Plan and chooses Upgrade to a plan, or writes to us from the contact page. Online payment is not switched on yet, so we set the plan on your organization and send you an invoice. Plans are billed once a year.
