Your booking page

The public link, what customers see, approvals, cancellations and the booking form.

Your booking page is a public page where anyone can pick a time and book, without an account. It shows only times that are genuinely free — after your open hours, notice, gaps, existing bookings, Google events, holidays and leave are all taken into account.

Find it in Settings → Booking page under Your link, with Copy and Open buttons. It looks like this:

Booking page
https://calendarbook.crawlink.com/book?org=your-organization

The last part is your organization's short name. Put the link anywhere customers find you: your website's "Book now" button, your Google Business profile, Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, a QR code at the counter. The page also says how many of your calendars are shown publicly.

A calendar appears on the page only when it is linked and has Bookable on the public page and by connected apps ticked in its settings.

Admins and the Owner can change these in Settings → Booking page.

What your customer does

  1. With whom? If more than one calendar is public, they pick one — a doctor, a stylist, a court. Its description and extra details are shown here.
  2. When? A week strip with Earlier and Later, then the free times for the chosen day. Where party size matters, they set the number of people.
  3. Your details. Name, and whatever else the calendar asks for — phone, email, notes. Fields not required are marked "(optional)".
  4. Confirm. They press Confirm booking (or Request this time when approval is on).
  5. Done. They see "You are booked" (or "Request received"), a reference code and View or cancel this booking.

The booking lands on your board at once, is written to the calendar's Google Calendar, and the customer is added to your customer directory. On the Home page it counts under "public page".

The customer's booking link

The link after booking shows the booking with Cancel this booking and Book again. A customer can cancel only when Customers may cancel is on, the cut-off has not passed, and the booking is pending or confirmed. Otherwise they are told to contact you — for example "Bookings can only be cancelled more than 4 hours ahead. Please call us."
