Organization details, locations, several organizations, tags, appearance, backup and closing.

Settings is the last icon above your picture in the rail. What you see in it depends on your role; this page goes through every part.

Organization

"Who you are, and the clock everything runs on." The details:

• Name and Legal name.
• What do you book? — Clinic / doctors, Salon / spa, Turf / court / gym, Restaurant tables or Other services.
• Timezone — every time in the app and on the booking page is in it. Changing it does not move bookings already made.
• Currency — for booking prices and revenue.
• Phone, Email, Website and Address.

Choose Save changes. Copy ID copies the organization's id, which support may ask for.

Locations

Branches or outlets bookings can be taken at. Add each with its name, city, phone and address, and mark one as the Default location. Locations can be edited or archived.

Several organizations

One sign-in can belong to several organizations — two clinics, a clinic and a gym. They are listed under Your organizations: Switch moves you to another (or use the switcher at the top of the app), Leave takes you out of one, and New organization starts another with its own name, kind, timezone and currency. Their calendars, bookings, customers and team never mix.

Calendar tags

Labels a calendar can carry, like "VIP" or "Family friendly" (up to 40 characters each). Type one and press Enter to add it; Discard undoes unsaved changes. Calendars pick their tags from this list in their settings, so searching the board by tag keeps working. Each tag shows which calendars use it; removing a tag here does not take it off calendars that already have it. Tags change nothing about how a calendar takes bookings.

My profile

How you signed in (Google or email), the organization you are working in, your role there, Sign out of this device, and Delete my account — see Deleting your account.

Appearance

Light, Dark, or System to match your device. The choice is saved on this device only, so your phone and your laptop can differ.

Backup

In Settings → Backup & danger zone, Download JSON saves the whole organization as one file, named after it (your-organization-backup.json). It holds the organization's details, settings, locations, calendars, open hours and closures, customers and every booking, plus the connected Google accounts and API keys without their secrets.

Closing the organization

Close the organization schedules it and everything in it for permanent deletion after 30 days. Until then it shows as "Scheduled for deletion", and Keep the organization cancels the closure. After 30 days it cannot be recovered — download a backup first.
